With more than 25 years of experience in real estate investment, Nicole Huisman specializes in helping people navigate complex and sometimes difficult real estate circumstances. Her experience spans acquisitions, investment analysis, renovations, construction, design, permitting, project management, and sales — giving her a comprehensive understanding of what it takes to successfully move a property from challenge to opportunity.
Nicole is known for finding practical solutions, building the right team, and bringing projects to completion with integrity and attention to detail. Her extensive network of contractors, investors, and industry professionals allows her to create customized solutions for homeowners, buyers, sellers, and investors.
Originally from Michigan and a graduate of the University of Michigan, Nicole has also lived and raised her family internationally in Bali. Her global experiences have shaped her perspective on entrepreneurship, and the importance of creating homes that truly work for the people who live in them.
